Mitch is twenty six years old and is commercially rated to fly single engine and multi engine airplanes, He holds three type ratings allowing him to fly more than ten different models of jet aircraft, he is also a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), advanced ground instructor and a commercially certificated drone pilot. He graduated from Guilford Technical Community College in 2015 with the highest GPA in his program with an Associates Degree in Applied Science (Career Pilot Program).

I’ve been an aviation enthusiast since 2011 when I took my first discovery flight. Since then, I have been in love with aviation and have earned many different rating including commercial single engine and multi-engine, certified flight instructor (CFI), certified instrument flight instructor (CFII), and multi-engine flight instructor (MEI). With my passion for aviation, I pursued my bachelor’s degree in aeronautics graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Being in aviation for many years has allowed me to fly numerous aircraft and grow my knowledge and experience over the years. Flying has been an amazing, enjoyable experience and I truly love following my aviation dream.

I grew up flying around with my dad and knew from a young age I wanted to become a pilot. Freshman year of college, I earned my private pilot certificate and am now a commercial pilot, flying single and multi engine aircraft. I love sharing my passion for aviation with others and am happy I get to do so as a flight instructor!
